We are now in the Dashboard of Candy where you can check out on the basis information and have access to many function of Candy app.

1/ COURSE AND SESION

In order to begin your process of making money, you have to click on “Courses and Session”, then “Add new”, choose “Online Course”:

Then it will change to the setup interface:

Step 1: Info

Here’re all the information you need to provide for this step:

• In the “Course Name” box you can input the title of the course you are creating
• “Short Description” is for a short and brief description about your courseh
• “Course Description” where you can put in more information about your course
• You can also put an introductary text for the course
• Finally, choose the files you want to import as your cover image for your course

When you’re done, click on “Next” to move to the next phase:

Step 2: Options

“Options” is where you put further details about your course:

Inside this step, you can:

• “Payment Requirement”, it’s either Yes or No for a payment or not.
• Next is input your price
• Effort and Length is for your student to have a better schedule for their study
• Then scroll down the bar to choose the course’s categories
• Status means that your course will be visible to the one who visits your site or not
• You can continue your customization until it fits you best. We have the “Discussions”, “Live Chat”, “Class Order” and many more.

Once you have finished setting up those functions, click “Next” to continue

Step 3: Scheduling

Now, we are at phase 3: “Scheduling”:

This is where you going to schedule a your course, the starting date, the end date and even Enrollment Closes. Once finished, please click on “Next” to continue

Step 4: Instructors:

The final step is to choose Course Instructors. The instructors will help you in the process of your student learning, so the more instructors the more students will get the support.

Everything is now ready, click on “Finish” to create your first course.

Next is to create your classes. Not much of a different from creating a course, creating class has the same mechanism which I will not waste your time anymore and move on to the next part:

Once your class has been created, you have to creat a lecture. Once you click on the “Lectures” button, the interface will change to:

To continue, you have to click on the “Add Lecture” as above because at the moment we don’t have any lectures at all:

From here, input the name of the lecture, and maybe the order your lecture as well. Once finished, click on “Save Changes” to move on

Now the dashboard will be like above, you still have to input the lecture content in order to continue. This is the interface once you clicked on the “Add Lecture Content”:

There are various ways to import your lecture, because the app supports multiple platform so that you can create the best course with the highest quality.

That’s it, that was the basis information about the course and class.

There are still a few functions left which I will let you to discover yourself. We have other things like creating homeworks, check attendence, revision notes, making surveys and even creating tests as well:
