CoachZippy Review – My Experience In Using It and How Does It Work?

CoachZippy Review – I used this product as a beta tester and today I’m going to make this honest review for you.

So you can trust everything from my review.

I’m now inside the main dashboard of CoachZippy:

It shows some informafion about your online school here like: the total revenue you’ve gotten till now, how many opt-in you had, sales, comments, students enrolled in the course in last 30 days.

So you can better understand how your school is performing.

On the top left of screen, you can see some small sections which is: My Profile, Wallet and Notification.

a/ My profile

My profile allows you to edit your profile details, manage Coachzippy Billing.

b/ Wallet

Wallet contains all the Transaction details and Revenue updates you receive as a commission being an affiliate.

Now I’ll tell you all the steps you need to do to create your own school:

Step 1: After clicking on Create Your School button, you’ll need to fill your Site details like: the site name, URL, year of established, your contact information.

Step 2: Upload LOGO, Favicon, BANNER and description for your Site and then click ‘Create New Site’.

Okay when you create your school successfully, this below school dashboard will appear:

I/ MANAGE

Click on Manage section, then you can modify the site theme, manage custom domains, set Navigation, add Instructors, add Pages and much more.

1/ Theme

Theme editing allows you adjust your homepage background image by adding a custom logo or favicon, Control the font used throughout your school, Choose from the preset color palettes or customize the colors across the school.

2/ Domains

You can connect a custom root domain to your school, or Add a Sub-Domain to your School.

3/ Navigation

It’ll set a different homepage and modify both the navigation bar and footer menus.

Here you have a Navigation Bar to add custom links to appear in your website’s navigation bar. Also you can add custom links to appear in your website’s footer.

4/ Social Preview

Here it’ll manage all your Social previews Settings.

You can add School Meta Title, Meta Description, and Upload School Social Meta Image.

5/ Instructor

Here you can add all the detail information about the instructor.

The instructor can be uniquely linked to an Author’s account. These instructors are used to showcase information about the author.

6/ Pages

Site pages appear to anyone who visits your site’s pages. The preset Site pages are the Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use. You can also add custom pages in this area.

Using the page editor, the different types of page blocks available,  add new pages, manage your page settings and publish or unpublish directly.

7/ Custom Text

Here you can modify the default text on buttons, navigation links, notifications, etc. that appear throughout your school.

Customizing default text allows school owners to personalize their school.

You can take a look at my example customizing the text:

8/ Code Snippets

School owners can add Tracking Pixels to various social sites, analytics tools, and other services to their school using Code Snippets, and also they can make advanced customizations using custom CSS and head code snippets.

9/ Custom HTML

Using this editor, you can write anything you want. For example: about course or about yourself, and that will be shown in sales page of School/Course, depend on from where you have entered.

It basically gives you an extra space on the sales page.

After creating your school successfully, the next thing to do is creating your course.

II/ COURSE

Here you need to fill-in some description about your course, a title you’d like to appear throughout the tool, sub-title and the author name, category and an image.

When you complete putting all information related, then click on Create Course.

Then you’ll be moved to this course editor dashboard:

1/ Information

In the Information section of your course’s page, you can modify information that will be displayed across your school, such as the sales page of your course.

Here, you can modify the following information:

a/ Details about the course (Modify the Course-name, Change the Course Instructor, Add new Course Sub-Title, Change Course Sub-Title, Category and Tags, Add your Custom Page Slug)

b/ Page Setting (Add page Slug)

c/ Affiliate Commission (Set Type of Commissions, Choose how should affiliates get paid, Select Commission release due date, Set the Approve Status)

d/ Social Preview (Add Page Title, Meta Description and Social Preview Image to your Course)

e/ Branding (Add Course Image, Add Course Banner, Add Course Promotion Video)

2/ Curriculum

In a Coachzippy course, content is divided into sections and lectures. Sections contain groupings of lectures; lectures are structured informational units that comprise of text, files, video, images, and/or quizzes

a/ Section:

First you need to click on New Section, then it will be like this:

Add the Section details and click ‘CREATE NEW SECTION’. Then you have your own section.  It can be previewed, pulished/ unpulished, deleted as below:

b/ Lecture

The next thing is to add new lecture to your section.

Then it will ask you to fill in the information related to the lecture:

Using the above lecture editor, you can add files, text, quizzes, and code to the lectures. 

Plus you’re allowed to edit the lecture after creating it, you can disable/ enable student’s comment to the lecture as well.

3/ Pricing

You have these for payment option: you can make it free, or put it on subscription mode, or charge it one time, or you can have your own payment plan.
