You can see this is an Instagram account with 4m followers who all care about the healthy food you know. Click on the “followers”  to open that list as below:

JavaScript Commission Bot Bot will automatically follow that people in bulk for you in a safe and optimal way that Instagram cannot find nor block your following feature. Now click on the Instagram extension icon on the right top corner as below to open the extension set up as below:

There’re some settings here:
