To add more contacts to your segments, go to the tool bar again and choose the contact section, you will see the list of all the contacts you have like this:

Add the contact’s email, choose its segment and hit save button, that’s all, you have a new contact in your list. 

Last but not least, the final feature of LifeMeet is that it helps you to manage your meeting and report with the to do list:
