MailClout Review – My Experience In Using It and How Does It Work?

I used this product as a beta tester and today I’m going to make this honest review for you.

So you can trust everything from my review.

Once you log in successfully, you can see the dashboard as below:

It gives you the subscribers that have been added today in this month, and how many people have unsubscribled today, and what are the total number of subscriblers.

On the Left menu you can see the Dashboard, the List, the Email, Forms, Subscriber, Email Templates, and Stats.

But before going through these features, first you need to set up “From & Reply Emails”, and add a “Servers”

1/ Set up “From & Reply Emails”

Choose your email and then verify it:

2/ Add Servers

You will have 5 server options here: SMTP, Gmail, Outlook, MailGun API, SendGrid API. You can choose whatever server you want, and it will be added.

I will have SendGrid to send emails like this:

And my server is active as below:

Okay done with the basic setup, let’s now get started with:

I/ Creating a list.

I will name the list first then click on Create List. Then the list will appear in the bottom half of screen:

II/ Add Subscribers.

Now let’s go ahead and add subscribers to this list, I can either upload a file from PC or I can just do it and add subcribers one by one:

a/ Uploading File From PC.

I’m gonna through 3 steps as below:

Step 1: Choose file from PC (It accepts Excel or CSV files).

Step 2: Settings

Now I have my list of 2 columns inside like below:

The first word I’ll map to the First name, and the second it’s obviously the email.

You can also Add more field to the list.

Step 3: Target List

Now I’ll select the list in which I want to build it.

Then I’m just gonna Submit it.

And now the subscribers have been added, there were four subsribers in the email list that I just imported.

b/ Add Subscribers One By One

You just do that, add one by one Subscribers into your list like this:

III/ Create Message

Let’s go ahead and create the message.

For a new message creation, there are two options to go: you can choose Plain Text Editor or you can choose Inline Editor.

I’ll take Inline Editor for example. There are 4 steps:

Step 1: Setting

At this first step, it’s asking you for some settings such as: the Message Name, Subjects, add sender name, set a from email and reply email, and choose server.

Step 2: Here you can choose a templates available in library or you can create your own.

I’m going to pick a particular template:

And then you’ll have fully customization to you email as below, you can add any elemets you want to this email template:

You can test the email by just hitting the button Test then enter your email, so you can test the quality of the email:

Step 3: Choose your target list for this email campaign

Step 4: Send your email campaign

Finally, you need to set the scheduling time if you want to schedule it to any day or just the immediate time if you want to send it immediately:

Today I’m going to choose option “Send immediately” and my email campaign is just completed within 10 seconds as below:

And here the result, quickly and accurately!

IV/ Create Form

Step 1: Setting

You need to enter the name of the form.

And the second is choosing the list that the form will be related to.

Step 2: Choose your web form:

And then you can edit your form:

Next you can copy your HTML code to insert to wherever you want:

V/ Check Stats.
