From here, we have a meetings chart and a statistic of total upcoming meetings, hosted meetings, attended meetings and instant meetings.

On the left hand side, there’re a panel of 6 modules which are: instant meetings, meetings, segments, contacts, users and todos.

Let’s discover the way to start a new meeting first:

1/ Instant meetings

1.1. Start a meeting

We have 5 types of meeting as below:

There’re audio conference, live class, podcast, video conference and webinar as above, which we can choose one to create depend on the purpose of our meeting, for example: audio conference will not include camera sharing feature, podcast will not have camera and screen sharing features…

ProfitMeet lets you run video meetings and live conferences through audio conference, live class, podcast and video conference – where you can talk video-to-video with your friends, family or clients & team members. But the most interesting thing I want to show you first is Webinar meeting – where you can run live or pre-recorded webinars. So let’s dive right into it:

1.1.a/ Webinar

After clicking on Webinar, you will need to give permission to those above settings in order to run the webinar. Here we are – the webinar meeting screen as below:

You need to move your cursor to the bottom of screen then the setting bar will appear as below:

From here, it allows you to turn on the micro, the camera, record the meeting and also share your PC screen to everyone as below:

You can choose any screen you current open in application window or chrome tab as above, click on that screen and press “Share” button:

You can see above is my screen sharing at that moment.

It also allows you and the attendees to raise hands to when you want to say anything as below:

You can see that ProfitMeet let you share your screen and use your camera at the same time:

You can change the meeting layout to grid, gallery or fullpage as below:

You can also share this meeting to anyone you want:

After clicking on share button, you will have the meeting URL as below, just copy and share on social media to invite people to the meeting without any hassle:

I will try copying the meeting URL and open it in incognito window as below, so that we can see what the interface looks like when you’re an attendee:

From here, the attendee can choose to join as a member (already a ProfitMeet user), or guest (no need to log in or do anything to join the webinar), or register (need to sign up for ProfitMeet account first) as above.

Back to our hosting screen, you can also chat with people in the meeting as below:

Simply click on the ellipsis button as below, you will see more options for our meeting:

Clicking on “Share files” as above, you can choose a file from PC and share to the meeting:

Device & bandwidth setting will let you adjust the audio input device, video input device and other parameters as below:

This type of meeting doesn’t allow you to enable your camera.

Podcast meeting only allow you to share your audio, no camera and screen sharing accepted:

It display all the contacts that have joined and chatted with you in any of your meetings so far. They can be a ProfitMeet user already or not, you can see it that the user column as above. It also allows you to export this email list and build your own lead for your business.

5/ Users

Here is the list of all the ProfitMeet users who have joined your meetings so far. Again, you can export this list and send marketing email to them.

6/ Todos

ProfitMeet helps you track all the works and upcoming meetings with Todos features as below:
