Ubiquitii Review – My Experience In Using It and How Does It Work?

I used this product as a beta tester and today I’m going to make this honest review for you.

So you can trust everything from my review.

A/ FRONT-END: UBIQUITII

Here I’m inside the Ubiquitii dashboard as seen below:

1/ Account Manager.

First, you need to add your social media account into Ubiquitii:

As you can see, it integrates with many social platforms, which are Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest, Reddit, Twitter, and Youtube for you to choose.

Clicking on “Add account”, for example I will add my Facebook account into this, then I will pick a facebook page or facebook group for Ubiquitii to run:

Note: Facebook API Offical not support post to profile and just support post to page and groups as an admin with sufficient administrative permission.

2/ Group Manager

If any of the accounts added before have related to each other (may be they’re all about one product, one service…), you can group them so that it will be easy to target the posts to that specific group.

To do that, you just need t o Drag and Drop the accounts to Selected accounts list, name the group then click to Save as below:

And when you want to add a post, you just need to choose that group. It’s faster and easier, right?

3/ Publish All

After having added accounts successfully, Click on this bellow button to publish post to whatever social media platform you want:

You’re allowed to upload file, upload image, video and link as well, on any platform you can choose on the left side. With just one post- one click then it’s posted to all social accounts.

You will have a preview on your right side hand to see how it will look like. Also you can schedule any post with Schedule feature.

You can even save your caption for future using with these following “save” and “get caption” buttons as below:

4/ Caption

Below is the caption that I’ve just saved. Now it’s available for using:

Additionally, you can click on “add new” to create more and more captions so that in your next post you don’t have to think of them.

5/ Specific Post

If you don’t want to publish all at one time with “Publish All” tab, you can choose a particular platform as above, then choose a particular account and you can create your post.

6/ Schedule

One of my favorite features in the software is this.

Here you can track all your post, schedule the date and time for each posts type, it can be in queue, published or unpublished post. You can manage them all from this below screen:

And back to the main dashboard, you can track how your post is doing. The report is so clear and really easy to get. You can make sure whether the post have been uploaded successfully or not:
