1/ Create Webinar

Let’s start creating a new webinar by clicking on Webinars on the left side bar:

Then clicking on Create New, it will take you to the settings (include Basic details, Appearance and Offer settings).

a/ Basic details:

The basic details setting will ask you to fill in the name of the webinar (which is not public to the attendees), choose the webinar type (Recorder of Live however you want), and add the date and time to start your webinar as well.

You can also enable the webinar password so that only attendees who have the password can join the webinar, it helps you protect your webinar better. If you do not want to, just please turn it off.

b/ Appearance

Next, we have Appearance settings down below:

Here you need to add the webinar title, sub-title, description, and they will be displayed to the attendees of course.

Also you can choose the logo type which can be a text or an image for better branding.

Then we have some color customizations such as primary color, secondation color, and background color to make your own webinar page style.

c/ Offer

Here you can add a call-to-action text, and also an offer link. It will be displayed in the webinar page for attendees to click on.

When all the thing are done, just end up clicking on Create Webinar and now, you have you webinar created.

After creating your webinar, you can see it in the webinars list as below:

And it allows you to edit the settings at any time you want:

2/ Add video to your webinar

If I’m supposed to choose the type of my webinar as a recorded one in the settings before, then how to add video to our webinar. Let me tell you right now.

First, you just click on the gear icon, choose Video Creation Wizard to continue:

Then, you need to choose a video direct link which is about your upcoming webinar to add, and click save.

Done with the main video, we can also have a video intro and video outro if you like to. Just click to enable it and Webbyo will do the rest for you.

3/ Create a New YouTube Stream And Link it With Your Webinar

To begin, click on Live Control Room as below:

It will take you to the Live Control Room. You need to enable the Stream on Youtube as below:

Then you will be asked to fill in the stream KEY and embed HTML code. To do that, just go to your Youtube Studio, click on Go live to set up your live stream on Youtube:

You can add some information about your stream here:

And then you have your stream KEY as below:

One more step, click on arrow button on the top right to grab the embed code as below:

When you have your stream KEY and embed HTML code from Youtube, just paste it into the box down below, and click on save stream:

And that’s all. We’ve done with creating a new youtube stream and link it with your webinar.

4/ Webinar Preview: Registration Page & Live Webinar Page

To preview your webinar, click on preview button as below:

The registration page will be like this:

Attendees need to register with their name and email addresses, then they will get automated reminders from Webbyo making sure they join live and buy the offer.

5/ Start Streaming Your Webinar

When all the things are set up competely, you can start your streaming by going to Live Control Room, and click on Start Streaming as below:

And back to Youtube, just wait a sec for the video transmission and click on Go Live button as below, and now the streaming is on your Youtube channel too!

6/ Syndication

You can connect your social media platform like facebook, youtube, video, dailymotion to Webbyo as below:

Then click on Syndicate to upload the webinar video to social platform, so that you can livestream your webinar at the same time to Youtube, Facebook, Vimeo and DailyMotion and more for guaranteed easy traffic.

7/ Attendees List
