a/ By scraping from a webpage

You go to any page of your WP site, then click on Edit page as below:

Then the Schema option will show off as below, click on it to continue:

We will be moved to Schema Builder as below, click “Import” to add schema to your page:

Paste the site URL into the box, then you need to press “Scrape” as below:

Next, click on “Import the Schemas”:

And WP Schema plugin will immediately provide your site schema as below, you can see now it has your business site address, name, working time…etc:

You can edit this above schema by adding more node, group node, or delete any node you want.

Take a glance at the schema to recheck all information. When you’re done, click on “Save Schema” as below:

b/ By using HTML code

I’ve just shown you how to build schema by scraping from a web page, but not always we can do this, take a look at this below screen:

This is another website, let’s copy the site URL and paste it as below to see:

See? With that type of website, we can’t use the the old way. Instead, we will add schema using HTML code. Let’s back to the website called yell.com, make double click on the right mouse to open the tab as below:

Choose “view page source” as abole to open the source:

All you need to do now is just copy all of this code, then paste it ito HTML code box as below:

Scroll down to the end and press “Process HTML” as below:

After that, click on “Import the Schema” as below:

And now we have our schema created successfully:

2/ Templates

Click on Template and we can access to the schema catalog as below:

For example, I will choose Restaurant menu schema, click “Import” as above to choose it:

Then click on “Import the Schemas” as above and we will immediately receive the result:

You can still edit the schema according to your business needs.

To download this schema into your PC, from here click again on “Templates” as below:

The below pop up will appear, click “Import/Export” as below:

Then click “Export schema file” as below to run the download:

a/ Visuallier:

If the schema editor looks complicated and you want to visualize it in a more picturesque, let’s click on “Visuallizer” as below:
