Using xMails is so simple, you have to go through 3 steps, and now I’m going to explain step by step for you.
1/Step 1: Add your contacts to your software
Here is main interface for this module:
The super great feature here is you can import unlimited leads to your software without any restrictions.
It means xMails will keep 100% your leads unchanged. You don’t lose any leads from your file.
Not like some Autoresponder systems out there on the market, they rejects your lists without any reasons.
For these ARs, you have to contact their support team and answer tons of complicated questions to be able to import your leads.
I’ve been that situation several times and it makes me crazy.
Beside, there are 2 another ways to import your leads with xMails, including “Add leads to your lists one by one” and “Copy and Paste your leads”.

2/Step 2: Create Your Email and Step 3: Send emails
Here at this step you are able to create your emails.

Like some other email tools, xMails also provide you 2 ways to create your email: Inline Editor or Plain Text Editor.
In my review today, I’m going to use Inline Editor for my example.
Then you have to go through 4 steps as below:
a/Step 1: Fill up some your basic details as below:
There is one special thing is that you need to add your from email and reply email.
This is simple also, just do as my instruction now:
Now there is an email sent to your inbox, just click to verify your email. Once done, it will be as below:
Note2: Please take a look SMTP field.
You have 3 options for this field: use xMails SMTP or use your own SMPT or use some SMTP in the market.
Incase you don’t want to use in-built xMails SMTP, xMails supports you some SMTP gates such as: your own SMPT, Elastic Mail API, MailGun SMTP, MailGun API, SparkPost API, Sendgrid API, Elastic Email SMTP, Spark Post SMTP, Amazon SES API.
For example, I am using SendGrid API for my business like below:
I have to say this is a really GREAT feature because no one tool in the market has an in-built SMTP itself.
xMails provides you different options here, you can use itself SMTP, you can use your own SMTP, or you can use some well-known SMTPs like MailGun, SendGrid.
This step is so easy, nothing complicated here.
Now, let’s come back with my an example email.
b/Step 2: Choose your template

c/Step 3: Select your list
Nothing complicated here, just select your lead and hit “Next”

Here at this step you can complete your process. You can send emails immediately or you can schedule your email.

And obviously, the leads you capture will be moved to your xMails list or you can integrate other ARs tools to capture these leads. Just depend on your decision.
4/Sppression List:
You can exclude some emails you want to exclude them to your current email lists.
5/Report:
For this module, you can check reports of some campaigns you created with xMails such as Newsletter report, Autoresponder report, Webform report, Lead pages report

6/List Cleaner:
This is a really great feature xMails provides for their users.
After importing the leads from your computer or capturing the leads from webforms or leadpages, you can use this section to clean your lists.
This makes sure you can remove some bad emails out of your list.

I know what you are thinking. There are thousands of tools out there claiming that they can bring you tremendous leads and traffic, however, as you have probably known, most of them are just difficult in use. Does that fact apply to this tool?
Instead of confirming how good the tool is, I will let you decide after knowing what it is like for me when I first tried it.
Its ability to customize emails is amazing. I have different segments of customers and the tool did a very good job at customizing according to each type of customers. What I have not mentioned in the above parts is that xMails also helps build long-term relationships and trusts with subscribers.
Also, all the rate used to measure how well our email marketing plan is showed up pretty positively. Since I started to use it, I have a few spare hours for other stuff instead of struggling with these repetitive things.

MY OPINION:
I appreciate this email tool because it provides you one-time-fee email marketing solution.
It means you don’t need to pay monthly payment for xMails, not like some other tools, you have to pay monthly payment for them.
Even that if the number of emails in your email list increases, you have to pay more and more for it.
Beside, xMails allows you to use their SMTP gate. This is a super great feature.
