This is a central drive for uploading & managing your all types of files including images, documents, audios, videos, folder, etc. You can organize files and can use search bar or filters to find specific files.
These files remain saved here and can be used across all DotComPal tools. Various actions can be performed on the files.

For Analytics feature, after clicking on Analytics, you would be taken to the Analytic section of that specific file, where you have options like Overview, Technology, and Location as below:

And one of the advantages of MyDrive is that it gives you an option of Personal MyDrive and Business MyDrive:

As seen above, the Personal MyDrive is for keeping all your personal files like your images, documents which are independent to any of the business. The files in the personal drive will be visible only to the user and none of the team members of your business will be able to see these files. The Business MyDrive is for your business purpose and all the team members can view the files in this part of MyDrive. By default, the option of Business MyDrive is selected for all.

In MyDrive, there are also some additional benefits which you can utilize for your business. Each MyDrive file has a unique share URL on which that file is Live. Whenever you share any MyDrive File, you will see that file on that URL. You can click on the file to see a preview popup which has file details and SEO settings tabs:

For every file type including video, image, audio, and document, you can set up individual SEO Settings for every file’s Share URL. Just click on the file, and you will get a preview popup. In that, you can enter meta title, meta description, meta keyword, etc. details for its SEO settings:

In the preview popup of an image file, you will see All resolution tab where you will get pre-defined resolutions. The pre-defined resolutions are of High-definition, standard, large, medium and small. You can copy the CDN URL for each of these file resolutions as you want:

This is the first Ziliate module allows you to create and design your business website, set membership levels, and more:

I am here on my page section, to understand the Editor, I will create a new page, so let’s click on this New Page button as above:

Now, enter a name for page and click on create button.

On the next page as above, you can see the templates gallery you can select a template to edit or you can choose from your creation or you can always start from scratch to build your own page. You can select the template from gallery or select from your previously created templates.

There’re so many things you can do with website creating which I can’t tell you in details. When you will create your own page from scratch, mark my words, you will then feel the real power of Ziliate editor.

So I will try adding Funnel/Journey first: it helps you create a high converting customer journey/funnel that attract, engage & convert visitors into customers.

This is the place where you can manage, create you all the funnels or customer journeys created into your Ziliate account. You can create a funnel/journey by choosing the designed for you templates or can start from scratch. Once you create a journey, you can stop the journey, duplicate them, also can analyse how you customer journey is performing from Journey Analytics

6/ AUDIENCE:

DotcomPal tracks all your business and user personas on your website, marketing pages, videos and many other marketing campaigns built through DotcomPal. By Analysing audience, you can strategize about your current campaigns and plan for the future business strategies:

Here you can create & manage different types of segments for your different audience by defining specific properties for visitors coming to your site. “Unique Viewers” represents total viewers for a segment while “Known Viewers” represents already saved viewers for a segment.

You can use “New Segment” button to create a new segment and “Export” button to download all segments. You can organize segments and can use search bar or filters to find a segment:

Ziliate understands your requirement of knowing the behaviour of your business audience, that is why in Audience you can segment your audience to very last of bit.

Now, you will be shown various sections according to which you can divide your visitors like visitors/users, User behaviour and Technology.

In Visitor/Users section, there are options like Visitor type, Last seen, Geo-filtering/Position, User Attributes and Acquisition source.

In visitors type you will find All Visitors, New Visitors, Returning Visitors and No. of sessions of the visitors.

If you choose the “No. of session of the visitors” option, you will be asked to enter a numerical value which can be of “equal, not equal, One of, None of, Less than, Greater than, less than or equal and greater than or equal” to a value. You will have to enter a range of numerical values for options like Between and not between.

This will refine your user segment and you can apply these segments in your marketing campaigns. Segments give to the power of personalizing your marketing campaigns.

Clicking on “Reset” will clear all the values you have entered, so that your precious time can be saved.

Now let’s go to the box of “Last seen” which defines the last seen properties of users for this segment. Here you can either set a date or set the minutes, hours, days, weeks, etc. of last or upcoming moment in which the user has visited the website.

In “Geo-filtering/Position” option, you can refine your visitors by their geographical jurisdiction i.e. you can select the visitors from any particular city, state or country whom you want to see as your prominent leads. You can also add multiple geo-filtration by clicking the “plus” icon on the right side for more refinement of your target audience. This way you can control your marketing campaigns to the audiences of any specific location.

In the next option of “User Attributes”, you can either choose the user attributes of your known audience. Known audiences are those audience which has already acquired by you through any marketing campaigns. The attributes which can be selected are Name, Phone, email, date of birth, Description, Role, Company, etc. and you can add different types of attributes together too. You can also apply multiple conditions to these attributes like equal, not equal, one of, none of, starts with, etc. These conditions attached with your attributes will surely help you select visitors as per your niche.

Next comes the “Acquisition Source” in which you can define the source of acquisition for your audiences. It can be either Direct acquisition, acquired through landing pages or Referral pages. You can also add multiple sources in this by clicking the “plus” icon on the right side. In case of Landing page and Referral, you can choose from various conditions like equal, not equal, one of, none of, etc.

In the Visitor/Users section, you can choose either that all the conditions of Visitor type, Last seen, Geo-filtering, User attributes and Acquisition source must fulfil, or only some of these conditions must satisfy by simply selecting “And” / “Or” option shown in the middle after every box.

After defining and refining your visitors by various conditions that you have want.

let’s move to the next section i.e. “Behaviour”. It defines any particular type of event done by the visitor or not.

As behaviour analysis is an important part of any marketing campaign.

For this DotcomPal has provided two options to choose from. First, “Users who did these events” and second, “User who did not do these events”. You can also combine these with “And” / “Or” option shown in the middle. The events which can be selected are “Visited website URL”, “Referral URL”, “Time spent on the Page” and “Number of the Page visited”. Once you have selected the event, then you will have to select a condition like equal, not equal, one of, none of, etc. and enter the appropriate value for it.

These conditions will more refine your segment by gathering your audience according to their behaviour.

The last section of the segment is “Technology” which defines the technology used by the visitor like Device, Browser and Operating System. You can combine these by using “And” / “Or” option shown in the middle after every box.

You can even segregate your audience based on what devices, operating system and browser they are using while operating in your business. In the first option of technology, you can choose various devices like Desktop/Laptop, Tablet, Android phone, iPhone, iPad, etc. of the user. You either choose the option of “One of these must satisfy” and tick the checkbox as per it or choose “Neither of these must satisfy” as per your need.

Similarly, you can choose the browser options for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Opera, etcetera.

And in last you can choose the operating system for Android, MacIntosh, Windows, Linux, iOS etcetera.

Now you can click on “Save” button in bottom-right corner of the site to save the details of segment entered by you.

You have now successfully created a segment which you can use in the Advertisement option in Player customization to personalize the advertisement at target audience’s behaviour level and you can also see various data regarding it in Audience analytics.

So this was all about Audience which requires your attention most for analysing your business personas as per their behaviour in your business.

7/ ANALYTICS:

7.1/ Audience:

In this section, you can check your web analytics in detail. Web analytics section helps you to check detailed stats about overall audience traffic coming to your website. You can check analytics by technology, location and results.

7.2/ Funnels/ journeys:

This is the place where you can analyse your created funnels/journey according to their goals. You can analyse your funnels/journey’s conversion goals, triggered audiences, audiences who have completed the journey, conversion goals, conversion rate, EPC:
