Agency Studio Review – My experience in using it and How does it work?

I’ve tried this software as a tester recently. I’m going to instruct you how to use this amazingly handly machine and make the most honest review for you. Hence, you can trust everything from my review.

This is the interface of Agency Studio after you login:

As you can see on the left is the Dashboard with multiple functions on it. While in the middle of the screen is other statistics like your total project, server/product, active orders and completed orders

First thing you need to do is to go to “My Projects” and create your first project ever

Once you clicked on “Create new project” a new window will appear like above and you need to fill in some basic information like the name, the description, project URL and so on

Then you can hit the “Save” button if you’re finished

Next you can create the services or products inside your projects.

Move your mouse onto the “Actions” until the tab appears as above then click on the “Add Service/ Product” to continue

The interface then will change to the above and you can add new information about your service/ product like the name, a short description, logo and the default currency you want to get paid in.

Next is to choose a template for your service/ product

After choosing a template, you will move to customizing it to fit your own style

After that there will be the “Variation” that you can create different packages for different price level inside your current project

You can also offer some Add-ons like revisions or other bump services.

You can also add some images and videos to help the customers define what they want as well

you can also add a FAQ section to help your potential customers with their questions before purchasing the product

One of the most important part is the “Customer Requirement” which help you and your customer can understand each other well, and will make the process of working together more professionally

And the last thing is the email notifications that your clients will receive when they order the process.

Now we will move to the next function after you have created a service/ product list

Move your mouse cursor to below the “Actions” like below, then click on Embed Code to continue

That will give you three option

The service direct URL which you can add to any page

The embed web page you can embed on your pages

And finally the Widget embed code

My Orders is where you can check out on your orders your received, there will be three main tabs which is “Live Orders”, “Completed Orders” and “Cancelled Orders”

You can also manage customer, which have their basic contact information to know who is the one comes back the most, who is a new customer and so on

And finally, Integrations, there are many integrations you can pick from. From Payment to Autoresponder to Webinar and some other integrations as well

And that’s it, that’s all the basic information you need to get started. The rest is really easy to use, so I guess I’ll let you discover yourself
