Meetvio Review – My Experience In Using It and How Does It Work?

I used this product as a beta tester and today I’m going to make this honest review for you.

So you can trust everything from my review.

Below’s the main dashboard of Meetvio:

Here you can see right away the calendar view which gives you a good overview of what events you have planned using meetings or webinar.

The Meetvio allows you run a meeting for max 5 people, or you can run with webinar, which you can choose whatever it’s Live Webinar or Auto Webinar.

I would said that the interfaces of when you set up the new meeting or new webinar are quite similar.

So I’ll give a try on creating a new live webinar.

Now let’s go ahead and give a try on every features.

We can start with setting up a new live webinara as seen below:

So when you start create a new one, It will ask you to fill in a form to make sure that attendees get all the important details they need from you such as: event title, time for your event.

You also can choose to record event which is what I usually recommend so that you have a recording to use later on.
Then click on the page layout you’ll be moved to this below screen where you can customize your page layout as you want.

As you can see, it allows you put your video as promo video here as well as change the text, change the text color…

We also have a right-hand-side screen which is preview page- you’ll know what your pages look like as well.

Back to Live Webinar setting, you can choose to add assistance as well to help you manage the chat, someone who can answer questions for you doing the webinar.

Move on to Reminder Email right here which contains template emails for you to choose:

It takes care of sending these emails for you, you can come in and edit these emails for reminders. You can also add them for replays as well.

Once you’ve done with the set up, click on Create Event, then the event will get added into your calendar and from there you can see exactly what event you have is coming:

If you click on this event you can see the registration link so all you need to do is giving this link to people who want to sign up to the webinar:

And as a presenter, below’s screen where the webinar is hosted:

So you have the ability to either use your camera, or you can share your screen as well using a special browser extension they provide which is chrome based.

Then when you’re ready you can come in and start the webinar, presenters can join and answer questions while doing the webinar.

Done with creating a live webinar, let’s see what’s different in an auto webinar set up:

You’ll be able to upload a recording, you can either choose to add a video from either YouTube or Vimeo, or you can select one of the previous webinars that you have done.
So that way any webinar which’s in the system can be converted into an auto webinar as well.

You can choose however you want to let people watch the webinar right now or choose to send notification to them which allows you to essentially give people the option to select the time and date.
