ProfitSuite Review – My experience in using it and How does it work?

I’ve tried this software as a tester recently. I’m going to instruct you how to use this amazingly handy machine and make the most honest review for you.

The first interface is going to let you know your current sending credits, number of your campaigns, lists, subscribers.

When you scroll down, you are going to see more details about your campaigns as below:

ProfitMail has 5 main modules: Campaigns, Automations, Lists, Templates, and Sending.

I’m going to walk you through one by one module.

1/Campaigns:

Here I’m inside Campaign dashboard as below:

All your existing campaigns are available from here.

All you need to do is click on “Create Campaign”.

There are 2 types of campaigns for your selection which are Regular and Plain text as below:

I’m going to select “regular campaign” for my review today.

In the next step, you have to select your email list that you want to be sent to and compose your email message as below:

Here you have 5 tabs: Recipients, Setup, Template, Schedule, and Confirm.

a/Recipients:

Right here all you have to do is simply select your email list.

The beauty of ProfitMail is it allows you to import unlimited emails/subscribers to your email list.

Let’s head over to “List” section and I’m going to show you how powerful it is:

To create a new list, just click on “Create List”.

Let me show you how to import unlimited subscribers to your current list.

You can add one by one subscriber to your list or import bulk subscribers using a CSV file:

-If you choose to add one by one subscriber to your email list, just click on “Add” button and insert email and name as below:

-If you choose to import bulk subscribers (aka unlimited subscribers), just click on “Import” and upload your CSV containing your subscribers as shown below:

Make sure you download the sameple CSV file and follow its format as shown below:

The another cool feature from list is it allows you to segment your email list by any criteria you want as shown below:

This means you can segment any sorts of lists you want and you can select to send emails to your created segment lists from your campaign as below:

b/Setup:

It’s similar to other autoresponder systems, you are allowed to setup campaign, email subject, from name, from email, and reply to email as shown below:

c/Template:

ProfitMail provides a few email templates and layouts for your selection or you can add your own template as below:

Here are a few layouts you can select from ProfitMail:

I’m going to select a random theme for my email.

Once you select it, you can use in-built email builder pro to build your email content as shown below:

This is a drag and drop email builder so all you need to do drag and drop any element you want to your email template as below:

You can add any element you want to your email such as text, image, video, button, divider, social, HTML, block, footer,etc.

You can also switch your email structure to check whether or not it’s responsive on mobile and table.

d/Schedule:

Here you can schedule to send your email based on any specific date and time as below:

e/Confirm:

This section will help you re-check all details.

Once they are all correct, you can hit “Send” button:

Once your email is sent, you can check statistics from your campaign as below:

This report will show you everything you need such as open/unopen rate, click rate, unsubscribed rate, bounce rate, etc.

2/List:

From my section 1 – Campaign, I’ve shown you how powerful Profitmail is when it allows you to import unlimited subscribers to your email list and you can create unlimited lists with ProfitMail too.

In this section, I’m going to show you additional features from it.

a/Sign-up form:

Any bad emails will be flagged and removed from your email list, which will reduce bounce rate of your campaign.

You can edit information of your email list whenever you want as below:

3/Templates:

This module shows all current templates that you can use for your email campaign as below:

You can upload your own template from your computer (by clicking on “Upload” button”

Or you can create your own template from scratch using in-built email builder pro (by clicking on “Create” button):

You can any layouts you want and design your template based on your selected layout.

4/Automations:

Here I’m inside of Automation dashboard as below:

Here are a few simple steps to create automation for any your email list:

-Step 1: Click on Add New, and choose any email list you want to create automation:

-Step 2: Click on “Plus” sign button to add new automation rule to your campaign:

You have a few automation rules as below:

-For example: When you click on “Send an email”, you can create automated emails for your list (it’s called sequence email or following email like you see from other autoresponder systems):

You just configure your email as normal as when you create a new email campaign: configure email setup as my screenshot above and then compose your email message as below:

Your created email will be available from your workflow dashboard.

You just continue creating unlimited following emails for your campaign.

5/Sending Servers:

ProfitMail supports a lot of sending servers that you can integrate to send emails to your subscribers.

All you have to do is select any sending server you are using and fill in your details to start using it for your email campaigns.

From here, we have a meetings chart and a statistic of total upcoming meetings, hosted meetings, attended meetings and instant meetings.

On the left hand side, there’re a panel of 6 modules which are: instant meetings, meetings, segments, contacts, users and todos.

Let’s discover the way to start a new meeting first:

1/ Instant meetings

1.1. Start a meeting

We have 5 types of meeting as below:

There’re audio conference, live class, podcast, video conference and webinar as above, which we can choose one to create depend on the purpose of our meeting, for example: audio conference will not include camera sharing feature, podcast will not have camera and screen sharing features…

ProfitMeet lets you run video meetings and live conferences through audio conference, live class, podcast and video conference – where you can talk video-to-video with your friends, family or clients & team members. But the most interesting thing I want to show you first is Webinar meeting – where you  can  run live or pre-recorded webinars. So let’s dive right into it:

1.1.a/ Webinar

After clicking on Webinar, you will need to give permission to those above settings in order to run the webinar. Here we are – the webinar meeting screen as below:

You need  to move your cursor to the bottom of screen then the setting bar will appear as below:

From here, it allows you to turn on the micro, the camera, record the meeting and also share your PC screen to everyone as below:

You can choose any screen you current open in application window or chrome tab as above, click on that screen and press “Share” button:

You can see above is my screen sharing at that moment.

It also allows you and the attendees to raise hands to when you want to say anything as below:

You can see that ProfitMeet let you share your screen and use your camera at the same time:

You can change the meeting layout to grid, gallery or fullpage as below:

You can also share this meeting to anyone you want:

After clicking on share button, you will have the meeting URL as below, just copy and share on social media to invite people to the meeting without any hassle:

I will try copying the meeting URL and open it in incognito window as below, so that we can see what the interface looks like when you’re an attendee:

From here, the attendee can choose to join as a member (already a ProfitMeet user), or guest (no need to log in or do anything to join the webinar), or register (need to sign up for ProfitMeet account first) as above.

Back to our hosting screen, you can also chat with people in the meeting as below:

Simply click on the ellipsis button as below, you will see more options for our meeting:

Clicking on “Share files” as above, you can choose a file from PC and share to the meeting:

Device & bandwidth setting will let you adjust the audio input device, video input device and other parameters as below:

Clicking on Audio conference as above, it will take you here:

This type of meeting doesn’t allow you to enable your camera.

1.1.c/ Podcast

Podcast meeting only allow you to share your audio, no camera and screen sharing accepted:

A video conference is a real-time virtual event that features audio and video broadcast and screen sharing which allows for group discussions. Every participant is a presenter, and every presenter is a participant.

1.2/ Join a meeting

You can easily join any meeting hosted by ProfitMeet by entering the meeting code as above.

5/ Users

Here is the list of all the ProfitMeet users who have joined your meetings so far. Again, you can export this list and send marketing email to them.

6/ Todos
