First, let’s click on Instagram icon to open the dashboard of its:

And here’s the dashboard which allows you to manage all your IG accounts and take any action from one place. You can see it displays the automation summary and monthly summary related to the IG accounts you have added to this software so far as above, which can helps you have a good overview about your account performance.

To start off using this software, you need to go to “Account” tab and add your IG account by clicking on “add account” as above. All the integrated accounts will be displayed in the above list too. 

When you added your IG account successfully, we can move to all the feature parts in this software to explore them. Now I’m currently inside “User” tab as below:

From here, you can simply add new list, then add any IG accounts you want to the list, it can be your customer list, user list for a particular campaign of yours… so it’s way too easier to manage and contact them at a time.

Next is the “messages” tab as above. From here, it allows you to add message and save them. You can add welcome message, thank-you message… Let’s click on ‘create new list” as above to proceed:

As seen above, you need to give a name for your message list first. Then add any message text in the next boxes, you can add as many message as you want. Then press “add list” to complete.

You had your messages list created successfully which you can select and send right away to anyone on IG, let’s go to “send message” tab as below to do it:

From here, you will need to select the target audience you want to send message, they can be users list or your followers, following, direct contacted. Then choose the IG account you will use to send message.

After that, simply choose message type as above. You have several options: list of messages (the messages you’ve just added and storaged in TrafficCrush), custom text, like, hashtag, photo, video, post… And lastly, choose the frequency you want TrafficCrush to send message (slot/medium/fast) and press “send message” as above.
