Every user will have an account with email and password, you need to login to the website and make virtual tours.

Here’s the main dashboard when you log in to. At the top of screen, you will see a menu bar which shows functional features of VR agency 360. It also lets you know how many subscribers and views that your campaigns get and gives a graph to illustrate VS leads that you have in the current year. 

Let’s start off with VR studio feature. This tool will help you to create high-value interactive business. All of your created campaign will be shown on the screen or you can search by keyword to find the campaign that you want.

In case you want to create a branding new campaign, let’s hit “Create new” button.

There are 3 steps to create a new campaign. Firstly, you need to provide general information about the campaign such as name and description. Click “continue” to move to the next step.

In this step, you have two options which are upload your 360degree images and choose from 360 degree creator. You can select which one you like.

If you choose to upload images from your computer, here’s the screen of the last step. Hit “choose file”. You have to choose more than one image. When you’re done, click “continue“ and wait for the result.

Here’s the result. The dashboard will be like the image above.

If you want to see another images, you can click the arrow symbol. And in case, you want to add more images, hit the plus symbol like the image.

Looking on the left side of the screen, you can see a lot of features that you can use to make your campaign more interesting and engage experiment such as making video, embedding maps and so on…

If you want to add video on your campaign, press “video” feature and then choose a position in the image that you want to add it on.

After finishing to choose position for video, an icon will be shown like the image. You click on that and then customize video as you want. You can name the hotspot and describe a little bit about it.

 

You can also customize how the hotspot looks like by clicking “style” option. With this feature, you can choose color of the hotspot, change border style and color as you want and many more. It also provides you with many attractive icons that you can choose from.

Back to the core option, now you need to choose video to add on.

In this dashboard, you can upload video from your device or choose one from built-in video in the library.

There are many ready-made videos for you to use from the library, just pick one that you like. Don’t forget to click save.

The hotspot is saved and if you want to see it, just click the icon like the image above and the video is going to play.

In case you want to collect leads, let’s create some Call-To-Actions hotspot. You need to hit “CTA” buttons on the left side. The dashboard will be shown like this.

Click on the hotspot to customize it. Like the video, you can name it and describe it.

Then click “choose CTA”. The screen will show up some options for you to choose.

If you want to add buttons on your campaign, select it and choose one that you like. Many icons to use such as CTA of learn more or buy now, etc.

You can also choose badges to use.

Banners are provided, too.

Here are some selections for e-commerce.

After that, you can customize your own CTA URL and then click “save”. When someone clicks on that hotspot, it will pump up to that URL.

Now, let’s move to the opt-in hotspot. Click it and choose position to put it in and then customize it in the way you want.

Here, you need to type the name and description of the hotspot and choose auto-responder and email lits.

You can integrate with some kinds of auto-responder like the image above and email lits from auto-responder and then save it.

There are many many options for you to choose to add in your campaign which I think you have better experience them by yourself such as: adding any format of file, audio, email phone, image or maps…

One cool feature that I am going to show you is Jump feature which helps you move from a position to another one such as moving from living room to bedroom. You need to click on “jump” icon, choose the position you want to add and the screen will be like this.

Next, you need to choose the destination you want from the image you have uploaded and name it. For example: I chose bed room to be the next destination and name it by “going to the bedroom”. Then I saved and the hotspot will be shown with that title so that your clients can understand.

Now when you’re done, look at the right top of the dashboard, you will see “actions” box. There are 4 different actions for you to use. You can save, share, preview or install your campaign.

Click “share” and it provides you with the link so that you can put it on your website or directly share it via Facebook, twitter or other social media platforms.

Click on “preview” and it will pop up to the address like this. you re-watch your campaign and see how it looks like in reality so that you can design more to engage customers’ experience.

And that’s a wrap for creating VR studio from scratch.

Now, I will instruct you how to use 360degree creator.

Select “360degree creator” from the top of dashboard and here’s the inside. Click to create new.

Like creating VR studio, you have to go through 3 steps. Firstly, you need to give general information about campaign such as name and description. After that, click to continue to next step.

In this second step, you have to upload your image depending on the position as the image above and then hitting “continue”.

The last step is waiting for the image to process. And here’s the result. You can hit “preview” to see how it looks like in reality or “delete” if you want.

With Video Studio feature, you need to upgrade your account to use it. Trust me, it’s worth!

Now, move to the Images Studio feature. With this tool, you can create images gallery for yourself to use.

Click on “create new” to begin.

There are 3 options for you to use which are copy and paste image URL or upload image from your computer or choose sample to use.  

After selecting image, you will customize it as you want. Looking at the left side of the dashboard, you will see some tools for you to edit image such as: crop, rotate, resize, round, color.

When you want to crop the image, it will show up like this. you have to type the width and height then “crop”.

Drag the angle that you want to rotate the image.

Resize the picture as you want. You can choose to use percentages or maintain aspect ratio.

Here’s for rounding the image.

Select the color you want to apply for the image.

You must want to add text to the image. Here, you firstly pick a font.

There are some font styles for you to choose: serif, sans serif, display, handwriting, monospace.

with any kind of font you choose, there will be a list of word type showing up. Looking at the bottom, you will see many pages. Pick to show more font style.

If you want to design the image by your own, you can draw on that. Pick a brush and spread your creativity.

Here, you can apply filter to make the image more attractive.

Lastly, you can choose shape to add on the image. There are many options for you to select such as: circle, rectangle, triangle, ellipse and polygon. With any shape you pick, there is parameter for you to adjust as the image above.

On the right side of the dashboard, you will see layer table. Anything that you put on the image creates a layer. You need to choose right layer to edit so that other elements will not be changed or affected.

And that’s done for you to create images studio.

Now, move to the page builder. Here, you can create landing page from scratch or from templates.

After choosing to create landing page from scratch, here’s the dashboard. At the top of the screen, you will see 4 options from left to right with the meaning: templates, from scratch, preview and save.

And on the top right of the screen, you will choose to create landing page as desktop design or mobile design.

Hitting templates, and it shows you lots of samples for you to choose. Drag and drop the sample that you like to the page.

It is built in for you. If you want to customize it, click on part you want to edit. Element properties will show up and you can edit the text as you want.

If you want to build lading page from scratch, pick “From scratch”. Here, you have to customize the page as you want with many options as you can see from the image above. Drag and drop it. It’s very easy.

After you sort the layout for the page, you have to add text, image, paragraph or CTAs from element properties.

For example, I chose to add paragraph. Many kinds of text will show up and you just need to drag and drop what you want.

And in case you want to add image or video, here’s for you. Pick one and hit “apply”.

After finishing design your landing page, you can preview by click on the eyes symbol.

If you want to change or delete any part, click on that part and do as you want.

When you are satisfied with your landing page, don’t forget to save it.

Your landing page will be listed here after you created. You can edit it, delete, subdomain, custom domain or duplicate it as you want.

Hit “subdomain’ and here’s the dashboard. Now, you can edit subdomain as you want and the new subdomain will show up the link below. Press “save”.

With the help of Google analytics integration, you can add your analytic code into your campaign. Facebook pixel integration supports you to add your fb pixel code into your campaign.

Choose campaigns and type your google script.

With this feature, you can see your leads filtered by list or campaign as you want. You can see some information about your leads such as email, name and date.

You can export your leads by clicking on that.
