To start off using Letsmail, you need to login to the website with your registered account and password. When you successfully login to you are going to have access to its dashboard as you can see the image below. Main features of Letsmail being on the left side of the screen.

At the center of the dashboard, it gives overall statistics about the number of subscribers, opens and clicks. it also shows the statistic of today’s email and tutorial for you to get familiar with Letsmail.

To officially start off using Letsmail, you need to set up time zone by accessing to admin settings.

It shows your account. You need to click on timezone offset to set up time zone. Then, hit on “update account” button.

Now, let’s create a list. You click on “lists” part in the menu bar. It will show all of your existing email lists with some basic details such as total subscribers, status and some options buttons. Hit on “create new” to create a new email list.

Here, you have to provide some required information like list name. You need to write a note to your subscribers telling them how they got on this list on subscriber message box and write a message to your subscribers that they will see if they decide to opt out of this list as well. If you enable double opt-in, you should write custom text that will be a part of your double opt-in email. After you finish, press “save list” button.

After you create a list, there are option buttons here for you to choose in case you want to edit list, delete or download.

And now, I will show you the way to add subscribers. There are 2 options. The first one is to manually add subscriber and the last one is upload subscribers from your own devices.

If you choose to add manually, click on “add subscriber”. Here, you firstly need to select a list to add subscribers into. Then you name it though it’s optional and next, enter email address. After that, press “add subscriber”.

And this is for uploading subscribers. You also select a list, choose list format (email only: one subscriber per line; name then email: one subscriber per line, comma separated and email then name: one subscriber per line, comma separated) and hit on “choose file” to upload from your devices.

And that’s done to add subscribers. Next, to create new emails and its sequences, you need to set up and confirm your SMTP settings in here.

Now, I am going to show you to broadcast email. You go to Emails part and click “new message” to create a new one.

Here, you need to provide required information as you can see from the image below. With email body, there are some tools for you to design it as you want to make your email more attractive to many potential deals. After you are done, hit on “save message”. Don’t forget.

And after you create an email, I will show you to make email sequences which are frequent emails sent to subscribers. Let’s go ahead “sequences”.

Press “create new” to make new email sequences.

Now, you need to enter sequence name and choose email list from your existing ones.

With redirect list, subscribers will automatically be deleted from your sequence list and subscribed to this list after they are sent the last email in the sequence. And then, you click on “create sequence”.

After you make a new email sequence, you can edit and delele if you want with these option buttons.

And this is like creating a new email. You will choose the number of days after subscribing this message should be sent. Select SMTP account, enter email subject and email body. And don’t forget to save after you are done.
