When you successfully login to you are going to have access to its dashboard as you can see the image below. Main features of Genie being on the left side of the screen. At the center of the dashboard, it gives statistics about the number of subscribers via multichannel.

As you can see from the dashboard, you can see 3 main parts which are: automation tools, multichannel tools and auto posting tools. Firstly, I am going to show you automation tools. Here, you set up your comment automatically with the support of Genie. You can see some tools such as comment template, reply template and automation campaign and report for you to review. Click to create new template button to create a new one if you want.

Next, give the following information for post auto comment. You have to enter template name, and add comments. Then let’s click save.

Here, to create auto reply template, click on the image showing below.

After that, you have to select a page for auto-reply. If you want to send reply message to a user multiple times, click yes. You can choose to enable comment or like on comment by page. And don’t forget to save when you are done to give the information for post auto reply.

You move to automation campaign to see campaign reports. Here you can see reports by auto reply and auto comment.

Now, let’s move to subscriber manger. Here, you can manage contacts by groups, sms/email campaign and contacts.

Then, you type the group name and save it.

After you create a new contact group, you can update or delete it by these action buttons.

Now, I will show you how to create a new contact. Click on “new contact” button

Here, you can manually add information of new contacts such as name, email and phone number.

Or you can import your contacts from your computer or export if you want.

Click to import and choose contact group and then upload your own file.

After you create a contact group, there are action buttons for you to choose in case you want to edit or delete.

Now, let’s move to messenger bot. It provides bot settings, OTN post-back manager and post-back manager.

Here’s the inside of bot reply settings.

It’s get started settings.

And it is for general settings. You can enable mark as seen status or not and select SMS integration (send automated SMS to users who provide phone number through quick reply) and then type SMS reply message.

And this part is for Email integration. You can send automated email to users who provide email address through quick reply.

And this is for action button settings. Click on any settings that you want to change.

This is post-back manager. You can create new template by hitting on the button.

Now, you have to add a post-back template. You enter its name, choose a page to public on, the labels and select post-back type. At the right side of the dashboard, it is a pre-view messenger bot so you can see and edit as you want.

Going to the reply 1, you have to select reply type and provide your reply message on the blank box below. You can add as many reply as you want. After that, you submit your reply.

Now, it’s for creating new OTN template. Let’s hit on the button.

To add an OTN postback template, you have to enter its name, choose a page, select a reply post-back and type OTN post-back ID. After that, you need to choose labels and then submit it.

And now, let’s move to Broadcasting. You will see Messenger Broadcasting, SMS broadcasting and email broadcasting.

In messenger broadcasting, it’s for one-time notification request. Click to create a new campaign.

The messenger platform`s one-time notification allows a page to request a user to send one follow-up message after 24-hour messaging window have ended. The user will be offered to receive a future notification. Once the user asks to be notified, the page will receive a token which is an equivalent to a permission to send a single message to the user. The token can only be used once and will expire within 1 year of creation. You have to add information as following in the image.

After that, you will provide message content. You will firstly select message type such as text, file, audio or media. And then, you can set schedule to send message. Next, hit on “create campaign” button.

With SMS broadcasting, you have SMS API settings and SMS Campaign. Let’s go inside SMS API settings.

You have 2 options here: add new API or new custom SMS API

It’s the required information when adding new SMS API.

And this is for new custom SMS API.

Now, I’m going to show you the way to add new SMS campaign.

To create SMS campaign, you have to provide campaign details such as name, sms API, and the message. Then you move to messenger subscribers. You have to select page, set targeting options and finally SMS subscriber setting up.

In targeting options, you have to select gender, time zone and location. Type the country code and then hit on “create campaign”.

Now, it’s the way to create new email campaign in broadcasting part.

Firstly, you need to name your campaign and set email subject. Then, you fill your message with editing bar.

After that, you have to select API, upload any attachment. Next, you have to work with broadcasting subscribers, email counter and messenger subscribers. You need to select page, target gender, time zone and location as you want. And let’s hit on create campaign button when you finish editing email content.

And this is the final feature of Genie – auto posting tools. With Facebook poster, you should import Facebook accounts by clicking on button in the image below. After that, you have auto posting tools for multimedia post, CTA post and carousel post.

For carousel, you should enter campaign name, choose pages to post, insert slider link and your message.

Then, you fill in slider content 1 as the image below.

With video slide show, besides giving name and message, you need to set image duration and transition duration as well.

For the image content, you can insert a link or upload your own image from your devices. You can add more image if you want.

Now, let’s move to social poster.

Click on “create new post” to design new text one.

When you want to add text post, you firstly have to add campaign info.

Then you choose social accounts to post and hit on “create campaign”.

And now, it’s time to create new image post.

You have to provide required information as the image below.

Next, choose social accounts and then create a new one.

And this is for video post creation.

You need to fill in campaign info, upload your video or insert video URL. It depends on your demand.
