My Experience In Using It and How Does It Work?
I used this product as a beta tester and today I’m going to make this honest review for you.

This product has 3 main modules: Campaigns, Automation, and Contacts.
1/Contacts:
Mailvio allows you to import unlimited contacts and unlimited lists.
This is great because no autoresponder system on marketplace does that.
You see some giants such as Aweber, Getresponse, Active Campaign, Sendlane charge more money if you reach threshold.
Below is interface of this module:
By going to “List” section, you can create a new list as seen below;
Now you can click on “Import Contacts” to import emails to your list as below:
You have three options to import emails to your list:
[+]Upload a CSV file or a TXT file to Mailvio
[+]Copy/Paste one by one email as seen below:
[+]Create a new form and add it to your website.
You can customize appearance of your form as seen below:
Your imported emails will be available from your list as seen below:
You can click on “Advanced Search and Segmentation” to find some particular contacts based on the segment you want as seen below:
This feature is so useful when you manage multiple campaigns at same time.
2/Campaign:
I would like to instruct you to do an email campaign with Mailvio.
All you have to do is go through out 4 steps:
[+]Step 1: Setup
Nothing special in this step 1, just enter your campaign name, subject line, and select send email and name as seen below:
[+]Step 2: Design
In this step, you can compose your email.
You are allowed to compose your email by one of three tools: Drag and Drop Editor, Rich Text Editor, or Paste your code.
If you want to go with templates, you can select bunch of stunning templates inside Mailvio as seen below:
When you select any templates from template gallery, it’ll get you redirected to the drag and drop editor as seen below:
Right here you can customize your email in the way you want: add/remove text/block/image.
You can also check mobile responsiveness of your email as seen below:

In this step, you can select the list you want to send your email to as seen below:
Now you can select “Send now” or “Schedule your email” as seen below:
I’m going to choose “Send Now” and that email landed into my inbox shortly as seen below:

3/ Automation:
Mailvio allows you to create some workflow types as seen below:
You can read description on each workflow type to select what you want to do for your campaign.

I’m going to select “Website Event” – Send emails after a contact performs a specific action on your website.

This module allows you to do SMS campaigns.
