I used this product as a beta tester and today I’m going to make this honest review for you.

From here, click on “Add to Chrome” button as above, then ProfileMate will be successfully loaded up to the extension shortcut as below:

Step 2: simply put your Instagram account into the box as below:

Your Instagram account will be connected to ProfileMate and no information access is needed. This extension only works on browser that have the Instagram accounts that you have registered with ProfileMate in the step 2.

So when you’re done with the basic setup for ProfileMate, you can click on ProfileMate extension shortcut as below to move to the dashboard of this software:

Again, you’re given 2 simple steps to do as above. As above screen, basically, step 1 will help you to create a list of Instagram users who are in the same interest for your niche, by scanning followers, followings, hashtags, locations and likers/ commenters of post. They’re all your potential customers.

Next is step 2, in which you can make a deeper analysis about the users in step 1. ProfileMate will extract email, website,  follower/following counts, engagement rate, phone number… all the information about that person. By doing this, we can filter our user list one more time with the ones who have public contact and start to build relationship with them.

So now let’s dig deeeper into these features to know exactly how it works. We start off with Step 1: Find users:

1/ STEP 1: FIND USERS  

There’re 4 ways to collect user list: through follower/following, through specific post’s liker/commenters, from hashtag or from locations as above.

Let’s click on Follower/following:

1.1/ Follower/Following

From here, you can select from which Instagram account you want to collect the followers and followings. It can be your own account or any other account, such as your competitor’s. Now we will focus on the followers of our competitors:

For example, my business sells healthy food, so I will put in an Instagram account which is in the same niche with mine as below:

Those who are followers of this account means they have interest in healthy food too. Then press “Analyse Follower/following” button as above.

ProfileMate will allow you to get the details of any competitor’s  customer audience into a single document ready for you to promote to directly or create a look alike audience with the public details provided that no one has ever taken advantage of doing:

As you can see above, ProfileMate provides you with a followers/following list download button as above.

Because Instagram puts a restriction on the volume of user information exploration, so you will need to wait a bit more for ProfileMate to complete scanning all the users. This thing will be solved in upgrade version of ProfileMate, it uses multiple IPs when analyzing to avoid the Instagram’s restriction.

Anyways, I will still download this small available percentage of the total users to show you how to proceed with the second step. So below is the file containing of the user information:

As above, it provides us the usernames, their full names, Instagram id, whether or not their account are private, and the profile URL that takes us to their accounts. We need to focus on the “Username” column, we will use this information to extract more infor contact of that user.

Simply copy all the Username column as above, then back to ProfileMate to continue step 2:

2/ STEP 2: ANALYSE USERS

In this step, we will use the Instagram “username” information which we’ve just collected from step 1 to analyse.

Instagram doesn’t display very well on PC, but on mobile interface, it has an email button appears on each user IG profile if they set public, which is known as the way to contact these users. They set their email public, means they feel free to make contact. And this time, we will focus on filter the users in step 1 to those who has an email button comes with them.

Click on step 2 as above and here we are:

[+] Simply paste Instagram username you’ve just copied into the above box, press “Submit” and ProfileMate will take out all of their data for you, of course it’s legal:

[+] Next, just give this users list a name so that it will be easier to distinguish with other extraction campaigns:

You can select which type of user information you want and don’t want to know, they includes post count, public email (if present), engagement rate, city, biography… etc. I will select all fields to show you what we have in a full analysic and proceed to the last step:

[+] Lastly, you just need to wait a bit for ProfileMate extract the user data. As can seen above, you can see there’re 77 emails found in total 1181 users entered and it’s still in progress, this is a high ratio:

Our result is fully loaded up, you can filter the result with some options as seen below, then you can choose to “Download conditional data in CSV”. Or if you want to download the full list, just skip filtering and click on “Download Full data in CSV” as below:

Profilemate allows you to take public data and use it to contact those who want to be contacted from any fan page, you can see their email list as below:

Now your job is save this email list and start building relationship with them by sending them some non-profit email first, it can be gifts, bonuses… etc.

Besides getting Instagram user list through followers/following of your competitor, you can do it by analyzing Specific Post’s liker/commenters, which is a more potential lead source for us. So we get back to Step 1 (find users) to discover more way to reach our user list:

So now let’s click on Specific Post’s Liker/commenters as below:

Then put in the box  below a post link, you can select which part of the user on that post you want ProfileMate to analyse: likers, commenters, or both:

You can download the Likers list and the Commenters list as above. In this kind of list, it also shows you their engagement percentage to that specific niche. Once you have the file of users information, then proceed to the step 2 as normal as I showed you eariler.  

• From hashtag:

Click on “From Hashtag” as above, it will take us to this below screen:

Simply enter a hashtag that’s relevant to your business and click submit. Then you will have the list of users posting with that hashtag discovered for you. Just download the data:

Get the username and move to step 2 as normal.

• From locations:

Simply enter a location as below and ProfileMate will search for the users who post with that location:

3/ TOOLS

3.1/ Any account’s report

Click on Account’s report as above:

From here, you can choose to view your own Account or any other account on Instagram. For my example, let’s click on “view any other account’s analytics”:

You just need to enter a particular user account as below and press enter, then all of the analytics will be showed as below:

You will have user stats like average comments/posts, engagement rate, followers, following, first post date, website in bio… etc as above.

And also there’re user mentions, post by days, time wise post trends… so much more element analytic as below:

3.2/ Related trending hashtags

Click on “related trending hashtags” as above:

You just need to enter a hashtag as above, then all the related trending hashtags will be listed as below for you. They’re proven to the hottest hashtags in that niche, they will go viral once you use them for your own IG post:

As seen above, all the hashtags are listed for you. You can select them all and press “Copy hashtags”, then paste them in your own post.

3.3/ Split image tool

Click on the button above to upload your image to ProfileMate:

Then it will split the image into smaller pieces for you as above. These images are carefully calculated to fit with Instagram ratio. You just need to post each images one by one to your Instagram feeds, this will increase your account appealing and attract people to start following you.
