SociProfix Review – My experience in using it and How does it work?

I used this product as a beta tester and today I’m going to make this honest review for you.

You can see the SociProfix dashboard as below:

In the main area, we have some overview statistic about the total link clicks, contacts, links and broadcasts that you’ve sent. The left hand side panel included these following modules: List, Audience, Broadcasts, Socisell (which is higher subscription software plan), email tracker, product manager, activities log and custom domain (not included in front-end).

Let’s explore the fantastic features one by one.

1/ My accounts

The first thing you need to do with this software is to connect your social media account with SociProfix. Simply go to “My accounts” tab and proceed to integrate your Facebook and Instagram accounts as above, which means SociProfix will be able to connect to your shop page on social media and help you with the comprehensive management from only one dashboard.

2/ Audiences

Next, we will import all your customers’ contact information from your shop page to SociProfix so you can easily send messages using available templates, with a convenience in attaching any specific product information if needed as well as manage all the orders from here.

[+] Import

Under audiences tab, click on “Import” as below:

Simply import leads from Facebook and Instagram as above, you just choose your account then choose the shop page that you want to add the leads. The leads are identified as those who have messaged your facebook fan page before. Then press “Import” and done.

[+] Contacts:

All the leads you’ve just added is listed in Contacts section. Again, choose your account and select the shop page as above to see the list:

You can send DM to each person, or group them into a list and send DM in bulk.

From the existing leads, you can create a list if they are have something in common, like they buy the same product so it will be easier to manage them. Choose anyone then click on “Create List” as below:

Then you need to give a name to your list as below and done:

3/ List

Just choose your account then select fanpage as below to see its list:

You can find the list which I’ve just created listed as below:

You can go to Manage to view the list information, or you can send them Broadcast as well:

Let’s try sending DM to our list by clicking on “Send broadcast” which allows you to create a single rich media message and send it to thousands of people across multiple accounts in one click. It takes away the need of you having to create a specific broadcast repeatedly for different messenger platforms:

From here, you can choose to send text message or media message however you want.

With the sending broadcast interface, you need to name your broadcast, give it a tittle, type message, choose to turn on the CTA button or not, select message tags, then choose the time to send message as above. All changes will be previewed in the right side box.

One interesting thing is that you can use available templates ready-prepared for you, just click on the magnifying glass icon as below to open the powerful content gallery:

You can see the pop-up window show up as below, allows you to search for online image and gif in seconds without hassle, or use the available message tempaltes:

With the image searching, simply choose image source from Pixabay,  Flicker or Youzign, then type keyword to search for your images. Copy the image url then paste it in message box.

Move to the message templates, SociProfix provides you with many templates with different content and can be used in various cases:

All you need to do is press “copy message” then paste it in the message box. Click on the icon button besides each template to read the full message:

The media message interface is quite similar, it just has the section to add image or video into the message as below:

You can upload the image or video from your PC or just enter its URL.

4/ Broadcasts

View all broadcasts you’ve sent from here:

You can click on “Download emails list” to download the emails that the leads entered in the sign up section when they open your message. “View delivery report” helps you have a better understanding about your broadcast performance whether any error happened, who clicked, who haven’t yet:

5/ Email tracker

6/ Product Manager

You can track all the orders from here with customer information, product ID, order date, payment status…

b/ Products

From here, you will be able to add new product to SociProfix, it can be your own product or your affiliate product. Click on “add new product” as below:

Track the customers information from here with their name, email, country, orders details…

d/ Collections

If there’re products belonging to one group, you can create collection for easier searching and manage:

Go to Collections section under Product manager tab, click on “Create new collection” as above.

Then you need to name your collection as below:

After creating our collection, your job is to add product to that collection. Simply go to the Products section and choose which one you want to add to the collection:

Back to the Collections section, click “view” and now you can see its products:

e/ Payment methods:

Set up the payment methods using PayPal or stripe depends on your specific needs.

f/ Checkout pages:

To set up checkout page, click on the button as below:

This leads us to the checkout page setup screen as below:

Select the checkout mode (Each added payment method is called a checkout mode), checkout color scheme as above. Then press Preview and Save.

The other settings allows you to add customer support email, successful purchase redirect, privacy policy url, refund policy url…:
