The dashboard as usual has a tool bar on the top of the page and the main body is to display important set up of analytics so as to offer you an overview about what you’ve done with the software. As can be seen on the screen, you can see the registrant count day by day, attend account to see which webinar you have is running more efficiently than others. You also can find the number of registrant per webinar and their info when scroll down the page as below:

Now to create a new webinar, find the section I marked below and click to that one:

You will be taken to the page as follow:

As you can see, there are two webinars already created. With such webinar, you can manage them with different tasks by clicking to each symbol from left to sign respectively: modify, copy URL to share it, join the webinar to broadcast it, attend the webinar room to see experience of viewers, clone the webinar to duplicate it, transport webinar or share it anywhere you want then finally delete it. Let’s take a look at some of them, for example: settings:

After clicking to the setting symbol, you’ll find the screen to set up as above. Looking at all section, here you can pick up the subdomain, change the title, put up description, language, choose webinar type and choose logo by uploading whatever picture you want then save them.

Now move to the tool bar on the left side of the above screen, there are several things for you to set up a webinar. See the ready button on the top right corner, click there it will help you to have a live webinar. It tells you what you need to do to make your webinar live, including details, videos, schedule, presenters and layout:

When everything is done, your webinar will be ready to go live. Whenever you click to it, it will tell you which element you haven’t done yet to set it up. Since webinarloop directly use youtube to broadcast, it will be set up with youtube links as follow:

As you see, to make it live, you can use video URL, get stream key and stream URL. Thanks to youtube broadcast, your live webinar can be viewed by unlimited anumber of viewers without any problem.

you can even run it one time or several time on every day at your favorite time within as I illustrated above. Super powerful I must say!

Next one, on the presenters section you’ll be able to set up who will present your webinar:

As I marked, just type the presenter’s email address on the space, click to add presenter button and the presenter will receive email to add him/herself to the webinar and run it. You’re also allowed to add multiple presenters as many as you want.

Here you are given number of clean and professional ready made templates of landing pages and 3 types of player template as I marked above on the screen. For the landing pages, you can see few of them that I captured below:

You can pick up any design you want and even can customize it. For example, I choose the first one, click there I’ll be given efficient tool to redesign it as follow:

As can be seen, you’re free to change any element you want to make the page our own by using various tool on the right bar. You can design its appearance by adding more text, pictures, layout, etc…or even can change the content by choosing different time to live, subscribe info,etc… everything you need to do to have such beautiful registration page is just to go through few clicks.

For the play templates you can choose standard, minimalist or professional type as you wish, but I recommend you to choose standard since it’s quite perfect and include all things needed.

For the next option: call to action, webinarloop will offer you to create call to action to show to your viewers whenever you’re ready:

As you see, you can select CTA heading, shower time, button text and button link which can be any link you want your viewer to be redirected to such as paypal button link, your domain tool, your offer page, landing page, etc…and last but not least you can set up time to control the webinar to be automatically ended at the time you want.

Furthermore, if you want to add automated chat to make engagement with your viewers, go to the next section:

You can add email address and many messages as you need, and specify exactly time to pop up the messages then finally click to add button.

Webinar also proactively offers you to have create email reminders in the easiest way:
