I’ve tried this software as a tester recently. I’m going to instruct you how to use this amazingly handy machine and make the most honest review for you.

Now I’m going to share what’s inside this software and how to get real sales with it. Firstly, let’s go inside the dashboard of Zero Touch which looks as below:
As can be seen, the dashboard as usual also has a toolbar in the top and the main body is to show important analytics including total orders, products, sales and total stations (I’ll tell you more details about the stations in Zezotouch later) so that you will have an overview about your business with this product. Now look at the top bar and find getting started button to start our experience with Zerotouch:
As you see, it shows you clearly different steps to set up your business inside the software. Therefore, I’ll walk you through these steps to see how it works. Firstly, to begin with, we all know we need to give your brand a name. Click to setup brand and go through few things to do so:
So basically, you already have a subdomain/domain for your brand. But if you want to sell things with your own domain instead of Zero touch, you’re also free to do so by going to the last part on this section as can be on the screen above: custom domain:
Now you have a website to start your business, the left things now are to give it a name, polish it with a gorgeous logo and change it base color as you please. It is more than easy that you just need few clicks to upload a picture to make it your logo and choose whatever color you like to change the base color. Apart from that, Zerotouch also helps you to set up payments so as to let your customers pay you in any way you want.
The next step is to set up different categories to sort out your product so that you can manage them easier and also make it clear for your customers to place orders:
For example, I want to sell local food and I categorize my products to 3 different types namely breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’ll set up them as follow:
Find the above screen after choosing the second step then click to create new category, a setting up screen will appear like this:
Here I typed FC breakfast to make the first category. I also choose an icon for it by either uploading directly from my devices or picking one from library of Zerotouch:
As you can see, at this step, you already can sort out your products and put them into these categories if you added them in advance. Since I haven’t done it yet, I’ll create my products then rearrange them later. Now the last thing is to click save. It works similarly to lunch and dinner. As a result, I have 3 categories for my menu as displayed here:
Done with setting up the categories, let’s move to the next step to add products:
Here Zerotouch supports you to run your business in the most professional and easiest way to add as many products and addons as possible but be able to manage them efficiently. Let’s me show you how amazing it is.
Above is the lists of all products I added inside the software. It cleanly shows all basic information for each product including illustration pictures, description, product and what you can manage them such as omit them in your menu, view them again or edit them. These features are displayed respectively from the left to the right side as you can see on the screen. Before going to set up the details, I want to stretch out that Zerotouch is multi currencies and languages so as to offers you all tools you need to sell your products using different currencies payments and language in anywhere you want in the world.
Now to add a new product, click to add product button on the right corner, you’ll be taken to the next screen as below:
Here as expected, all you need to do is to give your product a name, choose its type to make it clearer to your customers, price it then type its description. See my sample as follow:
you also can add its illustration and categorize the item to categories you’ve made before:
The very convenient feature of Zerotouch is that it allows you to add as many add-ons as you want. Just click to create add-on button and you’ll be able to do so:
Here you can add add-ons to the main item by typing its name, price and even set up a code so as to specifically manage internal inventory. My example here for your reference:
The left thing is to click create and save product button to let it display gorgeously on your menu and your list like this:
I’ll do the same steps to vary my menu with other items for lunch and dinner to complete it as below:
As you can see, each item is already sorted in different category and attached with description, price as well as other tools to manage it as I marked on the screen. Every thing is done with this stage, now let’s go to the next step to set up catalog:
After the click you’ll find the next screen which looks alike the one with above features like this:
As usual, click to create a new catalog as I marked above:
Basically you also need to type a name, boost your business by giving its slug, choosing an attractive logo and professional color. You also can have a favicon which you can actually take it from the library of Zerotouch:
the next thing is to choose a domain if you already have one and don’t want to use domain if Zerotouch:
Go ahead and select categories for the catalog, drag and drop to change their positions as you want like this:
Now click save and all things are already done for this step, you’ll find the category here:
The last thing we need to do is to create station which can offer your customers to find your site and products in the most high-tech way through scanning a bar code. To do so, find the station option on the top bar or click to it on the getting started steps, you’ll be taken to the screen below:
Select create new station then type requirements to blank spaces as my example below:
You can make multiple stations if you have more than one to help your customers find your branch which is located in the nearest place to them. The QR code will appear like this:
Very convenient and neatly to manage your business. Now I’ll show you how it looks like to your customers when they want to find an item you offer inside Zerotouch. Assume it firstly they scan the code:
They will automatically be taken to the domain you set up as my example below:
Very clean and friendly-user. Here as you see, they will find all of your products and information regarding to each item, make their mind then add your product on their basket with one click away.
