• Step 3#Import your products: The next step is to import the products into your dropshipping stats.

I’m going to share with you my experience in using Dropshiply for the first time. Believe in me that will be my most honest recommendation on this new Dropshipping platform.

Step 1: Start with the domain search, click to it and the screen will be turned like below:

Move to the Walmart, you also will find categorized products the tool sorted out in advance for you as the under illustration.

Click on add to your import list to all the products you find potential and they are already right there.  Let’s try with some random products I chose as below:

the confirmation will be popped in like this after you successfully added:

And it will be automatically added in your import list:

So to check it out, step 5: go to import list:

So all the added ones are shown as in the above screen.

you also can edit, delete any added product or add new ones in this section by clicking in the symbols I marked below:

For example, I click on edit button to edit a product, the screen will be turned as this:

Scroll down the page you will find it very convenient that you are able to edit all elements regarding the products as images, titles, feature descriptions, product details, etc… Just fill in details you want to change and it will be updated in seconds. But don’t forget to save it by clicking on save details button after you change all the things.

Step 6: Ready to publish all added products to your stores:

In the import list section, click on publish on your store symbol and go to the next section to check them out. It will take 45 seconds to 1 min to load the products to this section, wait for a moment and you will find your work done in the screen.

Step 6: move to import ready product:

As you properly can imagine, this one is used for someone who are too lazy to pick up their own wish products, this section built up for you several products in advance. I checked some and they are really good edited. To get your most favorite product, do as follow:

Fill your niche in the import selected area:

Choose your niche, pick up any product in the list, click to import button and you get it done already. After that, the products you picked will be automatically added to your stores.

Step 7: Move to store manager to manage your stores:

As you see, there are some sub-section in store manager including store status manage order, manage products, manage customers, coupons. Each sub-section will give you all relevant data as its name suggest. Take store status as an example:

You can find all detailed information about your store status as the screen above such as: address, memory limit, language, also the serve environment. Really good fuction I found that it also show you active plugins by which you can check all the plugin currently installed in your stores …

Scroll down to check all other useful information and get an overview of your stores.

Next to mange order to check all your order all in one:

It is a killer part of this platform I guarantee with you. See this screen below and you will be amazed with the synced and powerful data it gives you:

The red arrow areas are the columns with names and addresses of the buyers so I hide it. But you can see all the customer information is gathered and sorted out right there. To sync your orders, just click that button and it will be automatically synced and all the recent orders will be updated.

It goes the same way with manage products sub section:

That’s amazingly powerful tool I must say. Dropshiply gives you all the details of products you sell such as status, price, type and so on…

To track your customers, go to the next sub-section:

Again, it is extremely useful to have all such data. Another thing to manage is coupon, you can create a new one or track the old ones with the under sub-section as below:

You can customize your coupon by creating the code, expire date, description… or even have restriction to any customers you target at.

Step 8: Professionalize your stores with advanced settings:

There are two sections for you to update your setting.  I tried with order setting first and the screen is turned to above picture. Anything you change there will be automatically set up to your orders. As you see, you can turn on or off the upload tracking info, add some message or change the note types as you want. Likewise, you also have several option to set up your dropship after clicking on dropship setting:

you can change your description preference by choosing one of the option offered as the screen above. To the Pricing Rule, you can set it up as below:

As the red line round I remarked, you can change the cost range by which you will have consistent margin for all the products. Sound more than good enough, I certain it with you.

There is also remarkable tool in the next setting section with Product Watchdog I noticed below:

In the screen, when I turn on Inventory Watchdog, Dropshiply will help me to take care of my inventory status so that it will automatically stock up any product when it runs out of. Really good I must say. 

With the last section to set up, the tool offers you to upload the traffic number to your store automatically once synced from the supplier. You can also change to override your customers’ phone number or not within this section.
