JetWebinar Review – My experience using it
I was a beta tester for this software and will now demonstrate how to utilize JetWebinar.
You may rely on my advice. Every word in this review is based on my actual experience, and I will do my best to keep it as genuine as possible.
Here is the JetWebinar’s dashboard. Everything is nicely organized so that you can easily utilize all of the features.
Let’s see how simple it is for you to manage your own live automated webinars, hybrid webinars, and meetings using JetWebinar. When you log in for the first time, you’ll see them immediately. If you prefer not to see the product tour, you can easily disable it. If it’s active, we’ll guide you through each feature directly within the application. Upon entering the dashboard, the first step is to set up a live webinar, an automated webinar, or a meeting.
Interestingly, if you run a live webinar using JetWebinar, you can convert it into an automated webinar as well.
Let’s go ahead and create a new event. It will be a live webinar.
Enter the necessary details such as the webinar title and schedule, then click ‘Next.’
Once you do, you’ll receive a link to invite attendees.
I’ll just copy this link and show you what it looks like from an attendee’s perspective. They see a simple page titled “Jet Webinar Demo,” where they can enter their name and email address to sign up. Click ‘Finish,’ but remember, there’s much more you can do. For instance, you could set up a paid webinar by charging a fee or make it free. You can decide on the webinar’s duration.
Next, let’s personalize the style. You can enhance your branding on the registration page.
As you saw earlier, this page was quite basic, but let’s enhance it by editing a few details. Now our registration page is complete. Once satisfied, you can also preview the page as we did before.
Here is the updated page. You can add any details you wish here. Additionally, you can edit the thank you page and the webinar room as well.
Customize the style to align with your branding. You can set up emails, including confirmation emails, reminder emails, and follow-up emails for attendees who left early or didn’t attend. You can also choose to send emails to all attendees at any time.
You can add presenters if you want someone to present with you.
Request additional details on the registration page, such as the last name and phone number. You can embed the registration widget on your own landing page if desired. There are numerous options available for webinar registration.
In-webinar options include open chat, moderated chat, or hidden chat. You can download a chat transcript as well.
All these features help you control what shows and to whom. There are also integrations where you can add Google Analytics code, custom event conversion codes like Facebook retargeting pixels, and soon, third-party integrations including Melvia.
Once all attendees have signed up, you’ll get a list of them. If you’re running polls, you’ll see the poll results there too.
After the webinar, you’ll have access to analytics like visitor numbers, registrations, number of attendees, registration rate, and attendance rate.
You can also create a new pre-recorded or automated webinar.
Choose to run it once, hourly, on specific days, or instantly.
Click ‘Next.’Here’s the link to invite attendees.
As before, you can edit this so attendees can watch immediately upon signing up. You can also customize the style, set up emails, and add additional registration details. For a pre-recorded webinar, you’ll likely want to play a previously recorded video. You can start the video from the beginning or from a specific drop-in point, creating a dynamic viewing experience. Hide participant lists, automate chat messages, and add calls to action visible for a limited time.
Lastly, you can enable webinar replays and redirect attendees to a specific page after the webinar ends. This creates a personalized experience for attendees watching your automated webinars. Once everything is set up, you can view all scheduled events on your calendar.
For meetings, simply create an event, host a meeting, and set a URL.
People can join this live meeting with you immediately. When you’re ready to run your live webinar, just click ‘Start the Webinar,’
allow your microphone and camera, and choose your preferred audio and camera settings.
You can also share your screen, manage participants, and engage in real-time chat. Once ready to begin recording, click the record button. You can also create polls, share offers, and share videos within the room.
When you’re finished, end the webinar with a click, and your customers will continue to receive follow-up emails with additional links or information you wish to share.
