We now move to the publishing screen:

Simply add your navigation link as above so when people come to see your pin, they will click on and visit your site. For pin description, you can totally put in your own caption or use the caption from your inspiration pin. Just click on the saved pin on the right hand side and its description will be automatically loaded.

You can choose to post immediately or schedule your pin for later however you want. After I publish my pin, it will listed in the campaign dashboard as below:
