There are two most important modules inside Inboxr, including: Bot Training, and Lead Generation.
I’m going to explain about two this modules at first. For the rest, I’m going to explain them in my end of the review.
Currently, Inboxr supports Facebook and Twitter,and I belive it will add more social media accounts in the future.
As my screenshot above, you can manage all your facebook fanpages. And today I’m going to connect my main FB page as below:
1/Bot Training:
There are 5 sections inside this module, including: Keywords, Sequence, Broadcasts, Welcome Message, and Error Message.
a/Welcome Message:
Here you can set up a welcome message when a new visitor likes your Fanpage and say anything at first.

For this welcome message, you can set up your message under some options below:

Now I’m going to set up a welcome message by “image+text”:
I set up message title, my image, text as below:
Okay, now you can go to my fanpage (https://www.facebook.com/glennreview/) and like my fanpage and type “hi there” via “Send Message”, and you will see a message from my chatbot. (OR YOU CAN TYPE IT FROM CHAT BOX AT MY WEBSITE, BUT PLEASE REMEMBER TO LIKE MY FAN PAGE AT FIRST)

b/Keywords:
There are 4 keyword types you can use chat bot here, including:
-“If Message Contains”: Message visitors include keywords you set up before.
-“If Message Equals”: Message visitors include exact phrases you set up before.
-“If Message Start With”: Message visitors start with keywords you set up before.
-“If Message Ends With”: Message visitors end with keywords you set up before.

For example, I’m going to set up “If message contains” with keyword “thank you” as below:
And then I click Save, and my rule is set up as below:
Now you can go my FB fanpage and type thank you and you will see amazing message from my chatbot as below:
For “If Message Equals”, “If Message Start With”, “If Message Start With”, and -“If Message Ends With”, you do the same setting, you can choose any kind of replies you want such as text, image, text+image, text+button, etc.
c/Sequence:
It is like follow-up method in email marketing. You can set up series following-up message based on message visitors.

You have to set up 3 basic elements first:
-this message will be sent: You can choose minutes, hours, or days.
-after previous message: you have to set it up to make sure your follow-up message to be sent after the message you want.
-create reply: customize your first message in your follow-up message
Here is my first follow-up message.This message will be sent after 2 minutes from the welcome message I create as an example above.

d/Broadcasts:
A broadcast message allows you to create flow and send it to many subscribers at once. With this type of engagement you can send promotional marketing material or even just a non-promotional notification with ease.

There are two kinds of broadcasts inside this section: Subscription Broadcast and Promotional Broadcast.
-Subscription Broadcast: Subscription broadcast messages can’t contain ads or promotional materials, but can be sent at any time regardless of time passed since last user activity.
-Promotional Broadcast: Promotional broadcast messages can contain ads and promotional materials, but can only be sent to subscribers who were active in the past 24 hours.
After the end of the 24 hour window you have an ability to send “1 follow up message” to these recipients. After that you won’t be able to send them ads or promotional messages until they interact with you again.
There is one special thing in this section is that you can set up your audience before sending bulk messages:

And then you can set up to send your bulk message immediately or schedule it.
e/Error message:
I like this kind of message chatbot. If your chatbot doesn’t understand message visitor, it can reply the visitor like “I don’t understand what you say, but don’t worry, I forwared it to my boss and he will reply you soonest” and thanks to error message section, you can set up to send that message to your visitor.

This module has 3 sections, including: Website widget, comment response, Facebook posting.

It means when your visitors comment on your post, you can set up with this keyword to inbox them on autopilot.
