There are 3 parts of the dashboard when you login to. Here’s the top one. It shows how many campaign you created, the total leads or your automation. It also lists the leads based on the locations.

Scrolling down and it will show you the next part containing some information about youtube events and their status such as error events, live events or pending ones.

Besides, it will give the detail of the youtube events based on the status such as the title, description and which channel the video will be public on. 

Looking down on the right side of the dashboard, here’s the notification of youtube events which will happen today, in the current week or even month.

The last part of the dashboard is about leads. It will give you the basic information of leads such as name, email, camp name and the date&time. You can watch by lists or top sources (url or domain ones).

Here’s the media source like images or videos.

Click on the “eye” symbol, you will preview images or videos that you want.

Now, I will show you how to create a project.

1. Create project

When you want to create a project, click on the left dashboard – “project” button and choose “Create”. The screen will be like above. Here, there are 3 steps for you to follow to create a project.

Firstly, you need to type the campaign name and redirect url for the video, then choosing the video. There are 2 types of video which are the video can be customized and the video is already done for you.

I chose custom video and here’s the dashboard. You just need to choose your favorite one by pressing “use this” button.

When you’re done to the video, let’s move to the intro section. Here, you can select another video to make an introduction or any images from Pixabay or any catching thumbnails.

When you want to add images from Pixabay source for introduction, type the keywords related to images and click “search”. Tons of attractive images will turn up. Click “use this” at the bottom of the image that you want. When it’s done, don’t forget to press “save changes” button. Especially, you can choose as many images as possible.

Move to the outro section, it’s similar with the intro section. You can select video, images from Pixabay and thumbnails. Now, for example, I pick the thumbnails.

Here, you can preview the image you want and use this. Very simple, right?

Lastly in the first step, choose image to make the thumbnail. It’s easy, too. Press “select thumbnail”.

It will show you the dashboard containing images like images below. “use this” and then close.

Here’s the result. Check up all the section again, then pressing “next step”.

Now, it’s the next step to create a project.

Here, you can choose any lists that you want then clicking on the automation workflow, if you want. It’s optional.

In the automation workflow box, you can choose any automation and any SMTP that you want to create an automation workflow.

Next, enabling external autoresponder. It’s optional, too. Here, you can choose Autoresponder account that you want to add. 

When it’s done. It’s custom URL part, select the URL and then pressing “next step”.

Here’s the final step in creating a project. You need to provide some information about your video. Firstly, entering the title of your video and some description about it. Then categorize your video and select time and date to promote.

When you’re done, you will have the promote url and then pressing “submit” your project.

Now you just wait and get the traffic via your url publication.

2. Create a list

Here’s the dashboard when you choose “list” selection. You can view list from already-created campaigns or create a new list.

In case you want to add list, click “Add list” and enter the information in the box of name and description. When you finish, press “save”. It’s done.

If you want to export file list to your computer, click “Export list” -> choose list you want to export -> pick the range of date -> search. The screen will show up the results and then you press “Export” symbol.

3. Create automation workflow

Here’s the dashboard of automation workflow. In case you want to add new worklow, there’s 3 steps for you and firstly, you need to enter name of the campaign name, then click on “next step” button.

Moving to the second step, here, you need to add step by click on “+” symbol in the center of the dashboard.

The screen will be like this. Now, you need to choose how many days that the automation will last and the time for the workflow. Here, you can add as many steps as you want.

At any step, you will have to design email. Click on it and create by your own.

To design email in an easier way, you can choose templates and pick any of them. Then, type the subject and complete the message body. Don’t forget to save when you finish.

Now you are on the final step. It will ask you to make sure that you want to apply this automation for all users after today and if you want to give to all new users, click on the tiny box and then “Submit”.

It’s done within 30 seconds.

When you successfully create a new automation workflow, you can review it in the “view workflow” selection.

4. Create Email template

If you want to create new templates to make the automation workflow have unique email designs, here’s for you.

You can add new template by adding email subject and text the message body. When you finish, submit it.

All of your customized email template will be shown up here. You can review them or edit as you want.

In the beginning of any email template, you will see a triangle button. Click on it if you want to edit the template or delete it. It’s really simple.

5. Market place search

Vidzpresso also supports you to get the market insight. In the research selection, you just pick the market place search and enter the keyword. Lots of videos related to your keyword will show up with basic information like the image above. 

It also gives you information about the top products/sellers to support your research get the effective results.

6. Building video and image gallery

In case you want to create more interesting videos, you can upload videos from your computer in 3 steps like this: firstly, click on “video gallery” symbol, then choosing “browse” button and finally, click on “upload”.
