I think the beginning of this eCompare Review has done the introduction pretty well. Simply put, it is an application that provides WordPress theme for your online store incorporated with a source from the world 7 biggest online retailers and a price comparison engine plug-in that exposes price difference among those 7 platforms so your customers will just stay in your site and get stuffs from there.
